# Descrição

O recurso de troca de receitas foi desenvolvido para auxiliar as óticas durante a venda de lentes com grau, tendo um cliente com a receita vencida ou extraviada, mas satisfeito com seu grau atual.

A renovação da receita é realizada por um médico oftalmologista da Eyecare após avaliação clínica dos dados e exames inputados/realizados em nossa plataforma.

Para utilizar esse serviço a ótica deverá estar previamente cadastrada em nosso sistema Benefício Visão e manisfestar o interesse de uso junto ao time comercial.

A ferramenta poderá ser utilizada em loja física ou virtual mediante alguns passos que garantem a segurança e privacidade dos dados.
